He is the Head of programs and Business Development at Rwebisengo Widows Cultural Association (RWCA). He is a member of the Technical Working Group of the Rwenzori Indigenous Minority group (IMG). Victor has been central in designing, implementing, and managing projects that flexibly respond to the shifting needs of the most vulnerable people. he has experience of over 12 years coaching and supporting different community Cadres and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) in HIV treatment and care management, Human rights, Child protection, and safeguarding. He has worked with various organizations serving vulnerable populations in Uganda.

Prior to joining RWCA, Victor worked with Reach Out Mbuya Community Health Initiative as the OVC Programs Manager and MUCOBADI as the Technical officer, Case management. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Uganda Martyrs University.
